Manager or Senior Manager – Harrisburg, PA - $70,000 to $90,000

Two openings exist with this Fortune 100 client. They can hire two Manager level or one Manager and one Senior Manager. Requires 7 or more years experience preferably in a Big 4 or Top 10 public accounting firm. Will consider individuals who left public and are now in a corporate setting. Qualified individuals must have a CPA or CIA and supervisory experience.

Very attractive positions with leading Fortune 100 client. 25% travel. Requires Degree and a minimum of 3 years auditing experience in a Big 4, Top 10 or large regional public accounting firm. Qualified individuals should be a CPA or CIA or in the process. These are rotational positions, 10 to 24 months then promotion to a non-audit position. Client will relocate. We are getting immediate feedback and phone screens on qualified candidates.

Very attractive positions with leading Fortune 100 client. 25% travel. Requires Degree and a minimum of 1 years auditing experience in a Big 4, Top 10 or large regional public accounting firm. CPA or CIA a plus. These are rotational positions, 10 to 24 months then promotion to a non-audit position. Client will relocate.

Long standing preferred manufacturing client. Publicly traded and headquartered in Harrisburg, PA. These are rotational positions. Senior position requires 4 or more years auditing experience with at least 2 of those years in public accounting. Travel is up to 50% maximum, but I’ve never lost an offer with this client because of the travel. They give comp time in the form of long weekends to their audit staff. Spanish language skills a plus.

Long standing preferred manufacturing client. Publicly traded and headquartered in Harrisburg. Requires a Degree and 3 or more years IT auditing experience in either a national or large public accounting firm or in a corporate systems auditing group. CPA, CIA or CISA strongly preferred. JD Edwards experience a plus. Travel 50%.

Seniors (3) $75,000 to $90,000 & Staff Auditors $50,000 to $75,000 – New Britain, CT

Requires Degree plus 2 or more years auditing experience. Prefer Big 4 or Top 10 public experience. Will consider candidates from other corporate auditing groups. Travel 75% to 85%. For the Senior positions, they would like to see 4 or more years experience. These are rotational positions and my client will talk in terms of a 24 to 36 month time frame. Because of the high travel requirements, they have instituted a “work from home” program during an individual’s tenure in the audit function. This will allow prospective candidates the opportunity to remain living in their present location while they are in the audit group. They have also implemented a special bonus program for the audit staff that will be paid every February for the first three years.

Financial Planning & Analysis Analysts (2) – New Britain, CT $60,000 to $80,000
This is a corporate based position reporting to the Corporate Director of FP&A. My client is looking for a Degreed individual with at least 4 years of manufacturing financial analysis and/or operations finance experience. Qualified individuals must have experience with such functions as cost analysis and product line profitability review, performance evaluation, detailed financial analysis to identify trends and variances, budgeting, forecasting , etc.

Senior Financial Analyst-Lancaster,PA- $60,000 to $90,000

We are looking to identify candidates who have progressive manufacturing financial analysis experience. Ideally they should have an MBA but not having one is not a "knock out" factor. The CFO will consider targeted experience in lieu of a MBA. The type of analytical experience we're requiring would be in the areas of product line profitability, forecasting and budgeting, modeling, trend analysis, short and long term financial projections. Qualified individuals must come out of manufacturing companies with sales volumes in excess of $100 MM. They also need to have very strong computer skills as they will be required to produce a lot of spreadsheet type analytical reports and projections. Relocation assistance is available however, I would submit my client will be most comfortable relocating candidates who live east of the Mississippi River and who have an interest in or are comfortable with the South Central Pennsylvania area as this is their corporate headquarters.

No more than 8 years total experience. CPA, or CIA required. Must speak Spanish. Will travel 40% internationally. Rotational position that will be promoted out of audit in 2 to 3 years. Sr. Tax Analyst Richmond, VA :

Coordinates the preparation and review of organization's investment tax information for tax compliance and tax financial reporting purposes (GAAP & Statutory). Will conduct Controllership activities that include ensuring compliance with the organizations tax standards, identifying opportunities for streamlining or redesigning processes, communicate complex tax issues to any users of tax information to all levels in the organization, research and implement new investment tax laws or tax impact as how they relate to organization. BS degree in Accounting, 5-10 total years of total tax accounting experience, experience with Insurance Tax Accounting a plus, 1-3 years of investment tax accounting experience ( experience with PAM for Securities or another Investment Accounting Software Package). Fortune 500 benefits package and full relocation. Insurance industry a plus.

SR. SEC Reporting Analyst Richmond, VA $60-75k:

Responsibilities will include providing management with the strategic tools & reports to drive business results; drive excess expense and capital out of the business; SEC filings, 10k's and 10Qs, prepare quarterly press releases for Investor Relations, other financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial modeling. BS Degree in Accounting or Finance. An MBA, CPA, and/or CMA would be a plus. You should have 4-9 years of relevant experience. You should have experience with SEC reporting, performance analysis of business segments, financial reporting, financial analysis. BIG 4 experience is a plus. Full relocation.

SEC Reporting Manager Richmond, VA $75-100k:

Responsibilities will include providing management with the strategic tools & reports to drive business results; drive excess expense and capital out of the business; SEC filings, 10k's and 10Qs, prepare quarterly press releases for Investor Relations, other financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial modeling. You should have a BS Degree in Accounting or Finance. An MBA, CPA, and/or CMA would be a plus. You should have 7-12 years of relevant experience. Fortune 1000 level global company has an immediate need for a Plant Controller. The position reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to Division CFO. Responsibilities will include providing management with the strategic tools & reports to drive business results; drive excess expense and capital out of the business; process reengineering, manage the strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting; cost accounting, new product costing & pricing; financial and variance analysis; financial reporting, and Staff development, A/P, A/R, Payroll. Fortune 500. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience must come from either Big 4 or large regional public accounting with a strong financial audit background. Specific industry experience is not an issue. Travel will be approximately 55% and almost exclusively international. Strong career track out of audit. They will provide relocation assistance in the form of sign-on money. Language skills are a plus and either CPA or CIA or on track for certification is desired.

Staff & Senior Internal Auditors (2) – Houston, TX Salary range $50,000 to $70,000 Fortune 200 engineering & construction company. Candidates must possess strong operational-based audit experience in either public accounting or internal audit. Travel up to 60%, with significant international exposure. Language skills are not required. Strong career track out of audit. Limited relocation assistance, local candidates may get quicker response.

Senior Internal Auditors (3) – Memphis, TN Salary range $50,000 to $75,000. Dynamic Fortune 200 company with an excellent career path. Candidates must have at least 3 years of Big 5 or Fortune 500-level manufacturing audit experience. Candidates with a combination of public and internal audit experience typically do exceptionally well. CPA preferred, but not required. Must possess a strong knowledge of operational audit theory. Will travel between 30- 40%. Will provide relo assistance.

Fortune 500 retail industry. Candidate must have at least 3-4 years of solid financial/ operational audit experience in either Big 4, large regional public or Fortune 1000 level industry. Strong career track and a management team that develops good relationships and mentoring with the staff. Travel is 40%. Full relocation.

Senior Financial Analysts (3) – Columbus, OH Salary range $65,000 to $85,000

Fast Track positions! Fortune 500 client. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of financial analysis/planning experience in either private industry or possibly consulting. Specifically, candidates who have completed a financial development program and/or have an MBA from a Top 20 business school are highly desired. They should have experience in FP&A, budgeting, modeling or forecasting. Some of these positions will interface directly with the company CFO. Candidates must be dynamic and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. These positions could lead into Financial Manager or Business Unit Controller opportunities.

Auditors & Tax Professionals– Major metros throughout the Southeast Salary range $50,000 to $65,000

Top 10 National public accounting firm. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of public accounting financial and/ or operational audit experience with either local, regional or Big 4 firms. CPA or CISA preferred. Depending on the location travel should be between 20-35%. Need candidates for the following locations: Alexandria, Atlanta, Baltimore, Charlotte, Columbia, DC, Greensboro, Miami, Raleigh and Tampa.

Financial & Compliance Auditors (3) – Falls Church, VA Salary range $65,000+ Fortune 500 client. For the compliance positions, candidates must have at least 3 years of audit experience in either Big 4 or large regional public with clients in government (Defense preferred). Also, candidates with experience with the DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency are a plus!). Familiarity with FAR and CAS is also needed. Financial audit candidates could come from public accounting or industry. Low travel… 10%! Relocation will be provided.

Compliance Senior Accountants (2) – Falls Church, VA Salary range $60,000+ Candidates should have at least 5 years accounting and compliance experience with a government contractor.
