Requires BS in engineering discipline, automotive quality exp in a QS-9000 environment, with a minimum of 2 years supervisory exp in automotive quality. CQM or CQE certification. Exposure to Kaizen and /or Lean Manufacturing.

Quality Engineer - Clermont, Florida

Job Description/Requirements
Will resolve quality and process issues. Meet with mfg and assembly personnel, subcontractors, vendors and customer representative inspectors to ensure that corrective actions are implemented correctly to resolve any problems that may arise. Support ISO-9000 system audits. Track and report quality and COQ measurements. Conduct training sessions for improvement techniques and facilitate quality improvement teams.

BS degree with a minimum 3 years exp in Quality Assurance. Ability to interpret complex drawings, engineering specs and standards and then propose practical solutions to complex problems. Know ISO-9000; CQA or CQE required upon employment or to be attained within 6 months of hire date.
