Job Description/Requirements
Responsible for recruitment, safety training, comps and benefits, for a 300 employee non-union manufacturing facility.  Must have strong computer skills, with a BS degree in HR.  SPHR certification preferred. 5-10 years HR management experience in a manufacturing environment needed.  This is a metal fabrication facility in Northeast Arkansas.

Health and Safety Coordinator - Arkansas

Job Description/Requirements
Will insure health and safety compliance, coordinate safety training, investigate accidents, provide first-aid, coordinate medical care, and lead the overall loss control activities for this manufacturing facility.  Requires a BS degree with 2+ years of related safety and health administration to include - knowledge of OSHA and state workers compensation regulations.  PC skills should include MS Excel and MS Word. Responsible for staffing activities and for providing guidance in employment law, along with training and development.  Will assist HR Manager in special projects and assignments and serve as backup to Safety on day-to-day issues.  BS degree; Masters level preferred.  3-5 years experience in HR administration.  Solid background in employment, training, wage and benefit administration, general knowledge about personnel systems and data management and experience in a manufacturing environment. 300+ employee facility.
