CAD exp required (preferably CoCreate Solid Designer).Will design and develop new High Performance Adapters, design and develop mfg processes, develop work instructions for mfg. Support the technical marketing effort with product proposals, samples and technical literature. Provide quality assurance and mfg support, help establish engineering standards and costs for proposals, quotes and cost tracking.

Job Description/Requirements
BSEE with 2+ years working knowledge of applied electromagnetic theory, lab Windows, Circuit Design Test, high Performance Adapters. Perform high speed empirical and analytical evaluation of high speed electronic circuitry utilizing but not limited to, digital oscilloscopes, pattern generators, vector network analyzers, and bit error rate testers.Develop automated production test equipment for high performance adapters, which include developing automated test procedures, designing test circuit boards, and fixtures, and determine automated test equipment requirements. Requires extensive Lab Windows (MS- Visual "C") programming. Interface with the high speed adapter development teams (electrical, mechanical, mfg, quality and marketing). Support mechanical engineering, production, and quality in the development and implementation of work instructions, bills of materials, and routers for new and ongoing products. Interface with customers, other company engineering groups and suppliers.

Job Description/Requirements
Analyze prospective customers specs, consults with Supervisor/Marketing and Customers for clarification and interpretation of specs and design approach most favorable to STEEL STRUCTURES assigned project.
Designs structures and appurtenances (accessories) as interpreted from & described by customer specs using various computer programs, charts & curves where applicable. Prepares design calculations, and cost estimating information of proposed designs for use by Marketing in the bidding process.
Upon receipt of Shop Orders and Project Assignment from supervisor, completes final design of all components according to the shop order, which may include designs and other than originally specified in inquiry. Revises design calculations and cost estimating information as required by changes. Resolves problems of ambiguity during the drafting of shop drawing. Reviews fabrication drawings before they are submitted for approval.
Reviews and redesigns as required items changed on drawings returned by customer. Reports the impact of design changes to the Contract Administrator via change impact notice. Checks design work of other Design Engineers. Reviews and appraises suitability of material substitutions requested by Material Control. Develops test procedures, supervises the actual testing and writes the test reports for full scale testing of structures/components for either customer requirements for either customer requirements or R&D programs.BS Civil Engineering

Company is a major manufacturer of heavy mobile equipment. This person will be responsible for a specific type of equipment made for the USAF. Position involves such activities as operational use, configuration changes, maintenance, diminishing manufacturing sources and part obsolescence/ substitutions. Will also be responsible for hydraulic systems design.BS - ME, EE, or Aerospace degree. Proven experience in performing the activities listed above. Hydraulic systems design exp required. Operational military experience desired.
